As a Senior Product Designer at Rising Team, I was brought on board to bring new features and kits to the Rising Team catalogue. Below are a few of the key products and advancements I worked on while at Rising Team.

aRTi

At Rising Team, we took a break at the end of 2023 to hold a company wide hack-a-thon. With AI being a hot topic that year and the ease of access to many LLMs, it was decided that the theme of our hack-a-thon was to be focused on AI. From that hack-a-thon came Rising Team’s AI assistant: aRTi who can pull data about any teammate who has been active in the RT platform. I worked closely with the creative director at Rising Team to give aRTi a look and feel that fit Rising Team’s brand and mission.

In addition to establishing the look and feel of aRTi, I worked on making it’s presence known to our users and teaching them how to use it. Working closely with the dev team, I was able to get 2 new features added to the platform that would allow us to bring users to new features and onboard them on it’s use.

Expanding RT’s Product Line

I was integral in establishing and launching a brand new product line at Rising Team: Mini Kits. While Rising Team’s core product is amazing, it is often hard for teams to carve out upwards of 2 hours of meeting time to use our kits. Minis were designed as a mobile first option that would only take up to 15 minutes and be usable remotely or in person.

Other Features

In addition to expanding Rising Team’s product catalogue, I sought improve the experience and usability of the product and platform for our users.
